I hope you had a wonderful and relaxing summer!  I am really excited to be back in the class and teaching junior students this year.  Some of my students are in grade 5 and some in grade 6 in the afternoon.  We have been working on getting to know each other activities and having fun at the same time.
If you have any questions about paperwork being sent home this week, please feel free to contact me at the school.
Our meet the teacher night is Thursday September 20th.  You will find me in room 108.

Homework for the morning class will begin next week.  Homework will always be sent home on Monday and is to be returned by the Friday.  If the week is shortened, there will not be any homework sent home.  Please let me know if your child finds the homework too difficult or time consuming.  It is meant as an extra practise of skills already being taught in class during the week.

Enjoy the remainder of your week.
Thank you to all the parents for their patience and understanding as we continue to build our school yard.
